National wind farm training centres (NWFTC) are a bespoke training company working primarily with the wind industry. Servicing local and  international clients, we provide a variety of courses in working at height, confined space, sea survival and bespoke working at height first aid  courses. NWFTC have two training divisions, one in the north west and the other in the south east both of which have successfully partnered  with local colleges (Lowestoft college and Barrow in Furness college) who also provide courses within the marine/renewable energy industry.  Working alongside these colleges offers NWFTC customers a one stop shop for training, meaning reduced cost to customers, reduced travel  time and support of the local economy. NWTFC offers a core and augmented package in one place which customers will come to, thereby  improving the local economy and supporting the educational establishments in finding direction within the industry. Driven by an experienced team, NWFTC work very closely with individuals and large energy companies to create the most appropriate  courses to meet the needs of the industry. Identifying the shortfalls and working closely with companies to eradicate them is key to the safety  of the personnel on the front line and the success of NWFTC and the company themselves. With this in mind NWFTC have created their  facilities with realistic training in mind, for this reason both of the training centres have working at height towers which are either an actual  Transition Piece or a bespoke designed tower. Both of which provide the client with the most realistic scenarios possible, creating safety  awareness and a skill set for all types of work.   NWFTC runs courses in line with national accrediting body's such as Renewable UK, GWO, MCA and various others in partnership with the  colleges. A proactive company with a wealth of experience they also offer bespoke courses at request of the client, whether it be a work based task in their transition piece or an advanced rescue course based around the clients turbine they are able to adapt to support and meet the  needs of the client always with safety, quality and professionalism at the forefront of their minds..
